RALLY AND CALL FOR RELEASE OF THE MUELLER REPORT
Yesterday, the House Judiciary Committee authorized its chairman Jerry Nadler to issue subpoenas for the full Mueller report and all documents, along with subpoenas for five former White House aides who are relevant to an inquiry into obstruction of justice.
“This committee has a job to do,” Nadler said. “The Constitution charges Congress with holding the president accountable for alleged official misconduct. That job requires us to evaluate the evidence for ourselves — not the attorney general’s summary, not a substantially redacted synopsis, but the full report and the underlying evidence.”
Chairman Nadler is holding these subpoenas in abeyance. He wants to give Barr more time to come forward with the full report. We need to tell the Judiciary Committee, Congress, and the Justice Department that nothing short of the full Mueller report is acceptable to us.
Thursday, April 4 is a national day of action to demand the release of the full report.
Call your MoCs, and join a rally.
Please stand with your neighbors and stand up for democracy!

I would like you to please tell the Senator to keep demanding that the full Mueller report be made public. Congress has always received classified information from administrations. Without all the facts, Congress cannot carry out its job providing oversight for the American people. Further, we the people need to see everything except genuinely sensitive information. We must restore trust in government, but every line of redaction will further erode that trust. Please thank the Senator for speaking out about the dangers of Barr’s redactions in the Mueller report.

**ACTION THREE: CALL COMPLICIT GREG WALDEN**
SAMPLE SCRIPT FOR WALDEN:
“My name is [–] and I’m a constituent from [town/city], Oregon [zip code].
I am calling because I believe that it is crucial for Greg Walden to press for a full release of the Mueller report, even though he accepts the Barr summary. Failure to deliver the full report is a violation of congressional authority. Congress has always received classified information from administrations. Congress cannot carry out its oversight function otherwise. Also, we the people need to see everything except genuinely sensitive information. We need to restore trust in government, but every line of redaction will further erode that trust.
