KILL THE BILL
#KillTheBill Day of Action
The CBO is expected to come out with a score for the latest Senate healthcare bill soon. No matter what the CBO says this version of Trumpcare is much worse than current law. (http://lat.ms/2tRVY2N)
The vote has been delayed after Sen McCain’s surgery. This gives us MORE time to apply pressure and protect healthcare for Americans. We must stop Trumpcare in the Senate.
We do this by raising our voices and sharing our stories.
Tomorrow is Indivisible’s nationwide #KillTheBill Day of Action. We ask EVERYONE to join in!

Details from their Facebook event posting: “A Revolutionary Crawl will be starting in Central Point at the Robert Pfaff Park at Noon. Please plan to meet in the park, rally, then walk State Street to the freeway and back again. Robert Pfaff Park is between 6th and 7th, one block behind the Post Office. While walking the streets of Central Point with signs, expect to get less honks and more confused looks.
Hope you can turn out at this event. As far as we know a Progressive Revolutionary Crawl has not been done before; taking the revolution to the small towns behind the red lines. Please limit your signs to a positive theme, more about what you want (Health Care for All, Single Payer, etc.) than insulting what you don’t like. Thank you for your co-operation on this.”
