HOLD TRUMP ACCOUNTABLE. CANCEL THE RECESS
Trump is an accomplice to the murders in El Paso – murdered because they are not white Christian heterosexuals.
He’s responsible because he is either a racist or, worse, he is using racism to win an election.
Just days ago, Trump was inciting a crowd with reports that migrants were flooding the border. He asked:
“How do you stop these people?” The response from the crowd: “Shoot them.”
It made Trump laugh. He responded chuckling: “That’s only in the Panhandle you can get away with that stuff.”
One of those shot in El Paso was four months old.
The El Paso murderer said his motives predate Trump. But daily Trump is selling hate and fear, turning people already angry into killers.
The Texas shooter said the “fake media” will call “me a white supremacist anyway and blame Trump’s rhetoric.”
The media should because it is the President’s hate speech that turns dissatisfaction into deadly actions.
Every one of us and every one of our Members of Congress must stand up to this dehumanizing incitement.
Call out Trump’s divisiveness, his inhumanity, his cruelty to both children and adults.
Do that if you really want to make America great again.
