Despite new sexual abuse allegations against Kavanaugh, and the demand from Dems to postpone the hearing, the Judiciary Committee is still convening a kangaroo court on Thursday, ensuring Dr. Ford’s vilification will be even worse than Professor Hill’s.

Numerous reasons to doubt Kavanaugh’s fitness for the Supreme Court existed BEFORE women came forward:

• Nominee with out-of-mainstream positions and lowest popularity
• KavaNOT is Trump’s “get-out-of-jail-free” card
• He lied under oath about activities in Bush White House and possibly Judge Kozinski
• The mostly hidden record prevented a transparent process

Kavanaugh’s alleged attempted rape of Dr. Ford is more highly corroborated than many criminal prosecutions—thus not a “he said/she said” situation:

• Discussed it with therapists/ husband years earlier
• Sought FBI investigation, knowing that lying to the FBI is a felony
• If lying, Dr. Ford wouldn’t have placed  Kavanaugh’s friend, Mark Judge, at the scene
• Passed lie detector test
• Kavanaugh’s frequent intoxication makes denial non-credible
• Getting girls drunk and sexually assaulting them common for Judge and friends
• Kavanaugh and Judge demeaned women both in high school and college
• Ramirez’s account that Kavanaugh exposed himself when highly intoxicated at a party

Kavanaugh hearing is a job interview—not a criminal trial requiring proof beyond reasonable doubt—and these allegations would sink any job candidate.
