STOP KAVANAUGH – HE’S A LIAR BUT WE CAN TRUST HIM TO HARM US

The Senate must not confirm a liar to sit on the Supreme Court. While in the White House, Kavanaugh worked closely with a GOP Judiciary Committee staffer who stole confidential information from the Democrats. During his earlier confirmation hearings Kavanaugh swore that he did not receive stolen information. Now his story is he didn’t know it was stolen. But recently-released e-mails belie Kavanaugh’s claims. “There were numerous e-mails sent to him that made it very clear this was stolen information . . . ,” said Senator Leahy. Kavanaugh also lied when he denied interviewing an extremist Bush-era judicial nominee.

If Kavanaugh joins SCOTUS, he will send the Court lurching sharply rightward. If that happens, will you:

• Have to choose between forced birth or an unsafe, illegal abortion?
• Be able to get contraceptives freely?
• Be denied coverage for a pre-existing condition?
