SC Action Items: 2017-04-12

  1. Add a donate button to the CTA template.
  2. Schedule a Slack training session for the Steering Committee and Board of Directors.
  3. Create a “vote channel” within Slack for time-sensitive issues needing approval by the Steering Committee.
  4. Recommend that the Board of Directors draft a Political Team Statement of Purpose
  5. Recommend that the Board of Directors draft a statement summarizing the types activities in which ORD2 Indivisible will engage.
  6. Begin researching ORD2 Indivisible tee shirt ideas: styles, graphics, production, sales, etc.
  7. Steering Committee Members, as appropriate, will send team summaries and updates 24 – 48 hours prior to each SC meeting via Slack.
