POTUS has sent heavily armed paramilitary troops into Portland supposedly to stop “anarchists” and “Antifa” protesters from desecrating the Federal Courthouse in Portland, but really to show his base how tough he is. In solidarity with the peaceful protesters in Portland, bring your signs, your facemask, and your spirit to this rally and march. John Marciano is the chief organizer of this rally.
As federal troops terrorize protestors in Portland, the citizens of Southern Oregon stand firmly in solidarity with the protestors and, in this particular case, our state leadership. We strongly condemn the federal troop presence and violent tactics.
We are demanding an end to racism, poverty, and militarism!
Wearing masks and social distancing is, of course, expected. We want everyone at the rally to feel safe.
