Starting in 2016, community members in Talent drafted a Clean Energy Action Plan to transition Talent to greater energy efficiency and 100% clean energy by 2030. The plan is now before the Talent Planning commission to become an official chapter of the Talent Comprehensive Plan, the document that guides the City of Talent for the next 20 years.
