This 2-hour forum, organized by Rogue Indivisible, is a chance to learn from local experts about
fire and smoke in and around the Rogue Valley.
The lineup of speakers includes:
Amanda Sampler, Fire Management Office, The Nature Conservancy, Oregon and Washington;
Cool drone videos of prescribed fire on private lands in the Applegate;
Terry Fairbanks, Forester and Silviculturist, retired from 30+ years with US Forest Service and BLM;
John O’Conner, Rogue Basin Strategy Coordinator, Oregon Department of Forestry.
