This is a 2 part meeting as follows:
Part 1:
Pacific Power will be presenting Wildfire Prevention: What You Need to Know. Christina Kruger, Regional Business Manager will share the company’s comprehensive wildfire mitigation plans and Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) measure. Experts will be on hand to answer questions.
Part 2:
One of our emergency preparedness community volunteers will share ideas for living “off grid” for 3 days – or longer. He will also be covering Generator Basics with an emphasis on generator safety.
THIS MAY WELL BE A STANDING ROOM ONLY MEETING! Doors open at 5:30 PM. Meeting starts at 6. We can only fit about 100 people, so come early to get a seat. The meeting is FREE and all are welcome.
