The Oregon Legislature will be considering the Clean Energy Jobs Bill this sessions – starting Feb 5th. To demonstrate statewide support a Rally and Lobby Day have been scheduled for February 12th. Southern Oregon Climate Action Now (SOCAN) is organizing a car-pooling excursion to Salem for the event. We offer reimbursement for those driving, and will put carbon offsets to cover greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the trip.
Two venues are set for departure:
- Fred Meyer parking lot, 1301 Center Drive, Medford
