If you need another reason to vote against the Republicans who enable Trump, remember their war on immigrants, which is brutally cruel, fundamentally racist and inflamed by fear. Their attacks are an assault on our American values – that we are all created equal and should have a fair shot at life, liberty and happiness.

Orders Muslim travel ban: In one of his first acts as President, Trump signs an Executive Order banning people from seven Muslim countries.  1/26/17

Unleashes ICE: Agents of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office begin sweeps at churches, schools, courthouses and workplaces. 3/6/17

Attacks sanctuary cities: Trump’s Executive Order denies sanctuary cities federal funding. 4/20/17

Targets Dreamers: Trump kills the bipartisan proposal to protect 800,000 Dreamers. He was angered that people from “shithole” countries should have an equal opportunity to immigrate as people “from Norway.” 1/19/18

Locks kids in cages: Trump separates families and locks up children “to deter immigrants.” 3/11/18

Now Trump and his enablers threaten to end birthright citizenship—protected by the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution! On top of that, Trump is sending up to 15,000 regular troops to the Mexican border to deal with his imaginary “invasion.” That’s more boots on the ground than we have in Afghanistan! This is a clear abuse of power in an attempt to influence the election.
